Method
- Rinse off the white rice using cold water.
- Pour the oil into the Instant Pot and add the rinsed white rice. Make sure the rice is still damp.
- Add in the water and the dash of salt to the Instant Pot.
- Move the Instant Pot to the "Rice" function, lock the lid and then seal the valve.
- When the time is done, allow for the pressure to naturally release. This should take around 10 minutes.
- Once that has finished, use a fork to fluff up the white rice and serve with additional food items if desired.
